What do I need to do in order to be healthy on the long term?
- Physical:
1.For being healthy on a long termn with physical health is to play an sport that I like for me to be in form.
2. Also I can have good eating habits, balance all food with the food pyramid.
3. And for last I can go to the doctor followed.
-Mental:
4. For mantaining healthy my mental health I should be in peace with my self.
5. I should avoid fighting with any person.
6. I should not tell lies to anyone because even do in the moment it works,
at the one who loses is me.
-Spiritual:
7. For being healthy on a long term with spiritual health I should follow the cultures and beliefs of my religion.
8. I should go more often to the church, for being close with god.
9. Also I would continue my routine of every day, that routine is to pray every night and give thanks to god for giving me my life.
